Abstract

The invention relates to the information carriers for image electron-beam recording and may be applied in holography and other fields of modern engineering as electron-beam resist.The information carrier for electron-beam recording comprises a support of polyethylene terephthalate coated with an electroconductor layer (SnO2, Cr, Ni) and a carbazole polymer layer with an addition of 10...12% of triiodomethane. At the same time, the carbazole polymer layer is manufactured of carbazolylalkylmetacrylate-methylmetacrylate copolymers containing 20...40 mol % of carbazolylalkylmetacrylate.
