Abstract

Inventia se refera la electrotehnica, si anume latehnica de cablu, in special la tehnologiile de producere a firelor conductoare in izolatie de sticla. Procedeul consta in aceia ca pe parcursul intregului proces de fabricare a firului conductor se masoara sectiunea firului turnat, comparand-o cu sectiunea conductorului de referinta, se corecteazaeventualele abateri ale sectiunii firului conductor fabricat de la cea de referinta, modificand regimul turnarii, in care scop, prin conductorul ce se toarna, in intervale egale de timp, se transmit curenti de valorile i(t) si i(t)/2, corespunzator,totodata, curentul cu valoarea i(t) se transmite printr-o portiune a firului conductor etirat de o lungime prestabilita, iar curentul de valoarea i(t)/2 se transmite prin circuitul in serie compus din portiunea firului conductor fabricat si conductorul de referinta cu o sectiune si lungime prestabilita, dupa care se compara caderile de tensiune de pe aceste masurari, apoi in baza diferentei caderilor de tensiune se formeaza un semnal de iesire de comanda si se corecteaza procesul de turnare a firului, modificandu-i regimul de lucru pana cand sectiunea conductorului turnat devine egala cu sectiunea conductorului de referinta.The invention relates to electrotechnics, namely cable latex, in particular to the technologies for the production of conductive wires in glass insulation.
