Abstract

Inventia se refera la utilajele pentru producereain flux a esterilor acizilor grasi din uleiuri vegetale si poate fi utilizata in industriile chimica, alimentara si de prelucrare. nstalatia de producere in flux a esterilor acizilor grasi include uncorp cilindric divizat in trei rezervoare coaxiale (1, 2, 3) cu fund comun. Rezervoarele central (3) si periferic (1) fiind predestinate pentru receptia si decantarea amestecului de reactie obtinut respectiv dupa prima si a doua treapta de transesterificare. Rezervoarele (1, 3) sunt dotate cu dispozitive de receptie (10, 11) si de evacuare (5, 6) a esterilor obtinuti si racorduri de evacuare aglicerinei. Intre rezervoarele (1, 3) este situatrezervorul schimbatorului de caldura (2), in caresunt amplasate reactoarele primei si, respectiv,a celei de a doua treapta de transesterificare (12, 13). Reactoarele (12, 13) sunt formate din mai multe tuburi unite consecutiv. In fiecare tub fiind instalate rondele centrifuge, fixate perpendicular fata de axa tubului cu ajutorul unor bucse de distantare. Capetele tuburilor sunt inchise cu flanse, in care sunt executate orificii filetate, prin intermediul carora ele se unesc cu urmatorul tub. Racordul de debitare a uleiului si metanolului este unit cu un ejector (38) si o pompa de inalta presiune (14). Iesirea pompei (14) este unita cu reactorul (12). Iesirea din reactorul (12) este unita cu dispozitivul de receptie (10) al rezervoruluicentral (3). Dispozitivul de evacuare a esterilor(6) din rezervorul (3) este unit cu reactorul (13) prin intermediul ejectorului (9) si a unei pompede inalta presiune (17). Iesirea din reactorul (13) este unita cu dispozitivul de receptie (11) al rezervorului (1).The invention relates to machines for the flow production of fatty acid esters from vegetable oils and can be used in the chemical, food and processing industries. The fatty acid ester production plant includes a cylindrical body divided into three coaxial tanks (1, 2, 3) with a common bottom. The central (3) and peripheral (1) tanks being predestined for the reception and decantation of the reaction mixture obtained respectively after the first and second transesterification stage. The tanks (1, 3) are equipped with devices for receiving (10, 11) and evacuating (5, 6) the obtained esters and agglerinin discharge connections. Between the tanks (1, 3) is located the heat exchanger tank (2), in which are located the reactors of the first and, respectively, of the second transesterification stage (12, 13). The reactors (12, 13) consist of several tubes connected in a row. Centrifugal washers are installed in each tube, fixed perpendicular to the axis of the tube with the help of spacer bushes. The ends of the tubes are closed with flanges, in which threaded holes are made, through which they are connected to the next tube. The oil and methanol flow connection is connected to an ejector (38) and a high pressure pump (14). The pump outlet (14) is connected to the reactor (12). The outlet of the reactor (12) is connected to the receiving device (10) of the central tank (3). The ester discharge device (6) from the tank (3) is connected to the reactor (13) by means of the ejector (9) and a high pressure pump (17). The outlet of the reactor (13) is connected to the receiving device (11) of the tank (1).
