Inventia se refera la industria alimentara, in particular la o instalatie pentru uscarea produseloralimentare de origine vegetala. Instalatia pentruuscarea produselor alimentare in varianta 1 de executare contine o camera (1), in care sunt amplasate in caturi suporturi (2) de fund cu fundul perforat si un carucior (3) cu posibilitatea deplasariialternative orizontale de-a lungul unui ghidaj (4). Pe caruciorul (3) sunt montate radiatoare de raze infrarosii cu deflectoare (5), amplasate deasupra fiecarui cat al suporturilor de fund, un dispozitiv de ventilatie termica (6) cu un sistem de conducte pentru refularea (9) si evacuarea (13) agentului termic cu orificii de refulare (12) reglabile dupa sectiune.
