Abstract

Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к оториноларингологии и может быть использовано для хирургического эндоскопического лечения concha bullosa.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что под эндоскопическим контролем выполняют разрез слизистой оболочки и костной пластинки носовой раковины, отслаивают слизистую оболочку из области разреза, удаляют латеральный участок костной пластинки раковины, затем ремоделируют носовую раковину наложением и фиксированием слизистой оболочки на область удаленного участка костной пластинки, после чего осуществляют гемостатическую тампонаду носа.
