Abstract

The invention relates to the technology for obtaining the multicomponent oxide materials, in particular, to a process for obtaining the nanostructured zinc galate, which can be used in sensitive devices in the ultraviolet and visible spectral domains and in the materials for gas sensors. The process includes mixing of aqueous solutions, which contain Ga3 + and Zn2 + ions in a molar ratio of 2: 1, slow heating with stirring for 5 minutes, after which concentrated solution of ammonia is added, and then the mixture is stirred for 10 ... 15 minutes, filter, the remaining solution is boiling to pH = 7 ... 8, the precipitate formed after boiling is filtered and calcined for 6 hours at a temperature of 700 ... 800 ° Ţ. At the same time, zinc gallate is obtained by doping with rare earth metal ions in a concentration of 0.1… 1% mol by adding to the solutions containing Ga3 + and Zn2 + aqueous solutions of rare earth demethyl salts.
