The invention refers to medicine, in particular to hepatology and may be used for treating the spontaneous bacterial peritonitis to patients with decompensated hepatic cirrhosis and resistant ascetic syndrome.Summary of the invention consists in the administration of antibiotics, hepatoprotectors, amino acids, microcirculation improving preparations, diuretics, and additionally is carried out the laparocentesis with evacuation of 1…5 l of contaminated ascetic fluid, it is fixed the drainage tube, communicating with the peritoneal cavity, through which it is introduced a mixture of O2 a-nd O3 in the quantity of 500…1000 cm3 or 0.9% NaCl ozonized solution in the quantity of 200…1000 ml with the ozone concentration of 30000…70000 µg/l, which is introduced 1…2 times a day during 1…2 days.
