Abstract

Inventia se refera la o instalatie pentru epurarea galvano-electroflotationala a apelor reziduale industriale si poate fi utilizata pentru dezactivarea deseurilor productiilor galvanice, metalurgicesi chimice de particule ale metalelor colorate sigrele, halogenuri, impuritati petroliere si uleioase. Instalatia pentru epurarea galvano-electroflotationala a apelor reziduale industriale include un galvanocoagulator, ce contine un corp (1) cu fund (2), un catod (6), o camera umpluta cu un element galvanic (7), un anod (11), o membrana (9), caresepara compartimentele anodic si catodic, racorduri de admisie (14) a apelor reziduale si evacuare (32) a apelor purificate si un flotator electric (24), in partea inferioara a caruia sunt amplasateun anod perforat (27) si un catod de sarma (28), iar in partea superioara este instalat un colectorde spuma (29), executat in forma de palnie, cu o teava de evacuare (32) a spumei. In peretii laterali opusi ai flotatorului electric sunt montate racorduri (31) de admisie a aerului comprimat pentruindepartarea spumei si sunt fixate suporturi (35)cu blocuri (36) si cabluri flexibile (37) trecutepeste ele, un capat al carora este fixat de partea superioara a galvanocoagulatorului, iar altul este dotat cu contragreutati (38) pentru efectuarea miscarii alternante si oscilatorii a galvanocoagulatorului, corpul (1) al caruia este executat in forma de trunchi de tetraedru rasturnat cu fund (2) in forma de placa, pe care sunt montate un dispozitiv excentric (3), un ventilator (4) pentru indepartarea spumei si o actionare electrica (5). In centrul camerei (7) este instalat vertical un catod(6), in partea inferioara paralel cu fundul ei este montat racordul (14) cu un ejector (16) de admisie a apelor reziduale, executat ca un tub cu capatul inchis si perforat in partea (19) amplasata in interiorul camerei (7), de racordul (14) amplasat in exteriorul camerei (7), perpendicular axei lui longitudinale, este cuplat un racord (17) de admisie a aerului pulsant, iar paralel cu peretele corpului (1) sunt amplasate o membrana (9) si un anod perforat (11) alaturat ei, totodata in compartimentul anodic intre membrana (9) si peretele corpului (1) paralel lor este instalat un perete despartitor (12), care nu atinge fundul (2) si formeazacu peretele corpului un canal de supracurent (13). Galvanocoagulatorul si flotatorul electric comunica intre ele prin intermediul unui tub vertical (22) cu silfon (21), partea inferioara (23) a tubului, amplasata sub anodul (27) al flotatorului electric si paralel lui, fiind perforata.
