Abstract

Inventia se refera la industria constructoare de masini, in special, la durificarea suprafetei pieselor de prelucrat prin deformare plastica. Procedeul de moletare a dintilor rotilor conice cu durificarea suprafetei lor, conform primei variante, se efectueaza cu cateva role conice de deformare plastica, amplasate pe circumferinta, carora li se comunica miscare de precesie in jurul centrului de precesie. Durificarea suprafetei dintilor se efectueaza prin intermediul microdeplasarilor alternativede translatie, generate de un generator de frecventa inalta cu unde ultrasonore. Noutatea consta inaceea ca deformarea plastica a dintilor rotii conice are loc sub actiunea simultana a ultrasunetelor si a curentilor de intensitate inalta, generati de un inductor de curent electric. In procedeul de moletare a dintilor rotilor conice cu durificarea suprafetei lor, conform variantei a doua, durificarea suprafetei dintilor se efectueaza in faza finala de moletare prin intermediul microdeplasarilor axiale ale semifabricatului rotii conice. Dispozitivul pentru moletarea dintilor rotilor conice cudurificarea suprafetei lor include un arbore cu manivela (2), montat vertical pe un batiu (1), deasupra mecanismului rotirii rotii si coaxial cu axa lui, console (4) fixate rigid de un corp (3) instalat liber pe manivela arborelui (2), si un ansamblu al microdeplasarilor de deformare plastica, careinclude un generator de unde ultrasonore (14). The process of grinding the teeth of the conical wheels with the hardening of their surface, according to the first variant, is carried out with a few conical rollers of plastic deformation, located on the circumference, which are communicated with precession movement around the precession center. The hardening of the tooth surface is carried out by means of alternative micro-displacements of translation, generated by a high frequency generator with ultrasonic waves. The novelty lies in the fact that the plastic deformation of the teeth of the conical wheel takes place under the simultaneous action of the ultrasounds and the high intensity currents, generated by an electric current inductor. In the process of grinding the teeth of the conical wheels with the hardening of their surface, according to the second variant, the hardening of the surface of the teeth is carried out in the final phase of grinding by means of the axial micro-displacements of the semi-fabricated conical wheel. The device for grinding the teeth of the conical wheels cudurificating their surface includes a crank shaft (2), mounted vertically on a rod (1), above the mechanism of rotation of the wheel and coaxially with its axis, consoles (4) rigidly fixed by a body (3) installed free on the shaft crank (2), and an assembly of plastic deformation microdevices, which includes an ultrasonic wave generator (14). Peconsoles (4) are fixed tapered rollers (5), installed on the axles (6). The novelty consists in that the assembly of the plastic deformation microdollings additionally includes an axial bearing (11), located between the rotating mass (9) and the wave concentrator (12) of the ultrasonic wave generator (14), and is located inside the rotating table ( 9), on which is fixed the blank (7) conical wheels. The ultrasonic wave generator (14) is kinematically linked to an actuation system (15). The interior and exterior of the semi-finished (7) conical wheels, in areas close to the plastic deformation region, can be placed high intensity electric current inductors.
