Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to mammary gland surgery in oncology and may be used for the treatment of postoperative wounds after removal of the mammary gland affected by a malignant tumor subjected to radiotherapy during the preoperative period. The essence of the invention is that during the postoperative period, aseptic bandages of the wound are carried out, the drainage of the wound with an active drain, its irradiation for 15 minutes with a laser source with emitter in the visible spectrum in a continuous regime with a wavelength of 628 nm and an radiation intensity of 50… 170 mW. At the same time it radiates with millimeter electromagnetic waves with a wavelength of 5.6 mm and a frequency of 54.742 GHz, point C7, which is on the palm of the hand on the side of the postoperative wound, that is, on the border between the forearm and the hand itself on the path. ulnar nerve. The action time is 30 min, once a day, and the treatment series includes 15… 20 procedures.
