Abstract
Inventia se refera la un compus chimic nou in calitate de regulator al continutului de fier la cultivarea biomasei de Spirulina platensis utilizata in medicina si industria alimentara. Se revendica un compus chimic, si anume heptaazotat de hexa–(My–Beta–alanin–(Î,Î'))–My3–oxo–tri(aqua)trifier(III) 3,5-hidrat, in calitate de regulator al continutului de fier la cultivarea biomasei cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis. De asemenea, se revendica un procedeu de obtinere a biomasei de Spirulina platensis, care include prepararea mediului nutritiv cecontine, g/l:NaHCO3–16,8; K2HPO4•3H2O–1,0; NaNO3–2,5, NaCl–1,0; K2SO4–1,0; CaCl2•6H2O–0,04; MgSO4•7H2O–0,20; H3BO3–0,00286; MnCl2•4H2O–0,00181; ZnSO4•7H2O–0,00022; CuSO4•5H2O–0,00008; MoO3–0,000015 si apa restul. Pentru inoculare se utilizeaza 0,4 g/l suspensie de Spirulina platensis si se cultivain decurs de 6 zile, la temperatura de 30…35°C, cu o iluminare de 3000…4800 lx si pH-ul mediului 9,5…10,0. Suplimentar in mediul nutritiv se adauga heptaazotat de hexa- (My–Beta–alanin–(Î,Î'))–My3–îxî–tri(aqua)trifier(III) 3,5–hidrat 0,04…0,05 g/l,portionat, in primele 4 zile de cultivare.The invention relates to a novel chemical compound as a regulator of iron content in the cultivation of Spirulina platensis biomass used in medicine and food industry. It is claimed a chemical compound, namely heptaazotated by hexa– (My – Beta – alanine– (Î, δ)) - My3 – oxo – tri (aqua) trifier (III) 3,5-hydrate, as a regulator of of iron content in the cultivation of the cyanobacterium biomass of Spirulina platensis. Also claimed is a process for obtaining the biomass of Spirulina platensis, which includes the preparation of the cecontine nutrient medium, g / l: NaHCO3-16,8; K2HPO4 • 3H2O, 1.0; NaNO3-2.5, NaCl-1.0; K2SO4-1,0; CaCl2 • 6H2O, 0.04; MgSO4 • 7H2 O, 0.20; H3BO3-0,00286; MnCl2 • 4H2O-0.00181; ZnSO4 • 7H2O-0.00022; CuSO4 • 5H2O, 0.00008; MoO3–0.000015 and water the rest. For inoculation, 0.4 g / l suspension of Spirulina platensis is used and cultivated for 6 days, at a temperature of 30 ... 35 ° C, with an illumination of 3000 ... 4800 lx and an average pH of 9.5 ... 10, 0. In addition to the nutritional medium, heptaazotate is added with hexa- (My – Beta – alanin– (Î, δ)) - My3 – îxî – tri (aqua) trifier (III) 3,5-hydrate 0.04… 0.05 g / l, portioned, in the first 4 days of cultivation.
