Abstract
Inventia se refera la termotehnica si poate fi utilizata in sistemele de incalzit cu apa, precum si pentru incalzirea apei menajere. Cazanul de incalzit apa contine un corp cu manta de apa, dotat cuun racord pentru gaze de ardere, o camera de ardere dotata cu arzator, racorduri de debitare si evacuare a apei, elemente cave orizontale cu suprafete de incalzire prin convectie, care sunt cuplate cu mantaua de apa si formeaza un canal de gaze in forma de labirint, si un incalzitor de apa menajera. Noutatea inventiei consta in aceea ca cazanul contine suplimentar o despartitura cava verticala cusuprafete de incalzire prin convectie, care este cuplata cu mantaua de apa si imparte canalul de gaze, formand o portiune descendenta a lui, unde in partea inferioara este amplasat racordul pentru gaze de ardere, dotat cu o clapeta, schimbatoare de caldura cu tevi, cuplate cu mantaua de apa si amplasate pe toata lungimea canalului de gaze si in camera de ardere, un element cav, dotat cu o suprafata de incalzire prin convectie inclinata si cuplatcu mantaua de apa, guri pentru evacuarea funinginii si o supapa de siguranta, care sunt cuplate cu canalul de gaze. Incalzitorul de apa menajera esteexecutat sub forma de vas acumulator, montat in corp si dotat cu incalzitor electric si cu termoreleu. Rezultatul inventiei consta in intensificarea transferului de caldura prin majorarea timpului decontact al gazelor de ardere cu suprafetele de incalzire prin convectie, in majorarea randamentuluisi in simplificarea constructiei incalzitorului de apa menajera.The invention relates to thermotechnics and can be used in water heating systems, as well as for domestic water heating. The water heating boiler contains a body with a water jacket, equipped with a connection for combustion gases, a combustion chamber equipped with a burner, water discharge and discharge connections, horizontal cavity elements with convection heating surfaces, which are coupled with the water mantle and forms a maze-shaped gas channel, and a domestic water heater. The novelty of the invention consists in the fact that the boiler additionally contains a vertical hollow partition consisting of convection heating, which is coupled with the water mantle and divides the gas channel, forming a descending portion thereof, where at the bottom is located the flue gas connection. , equipped with a flap, heat exchangers with pipes, coupled with the water jacket and placed along the entire length of the gas channel and in the combustion chamber, a hollow element, equipped with a heating surface by inclined convection and coupled with the water jacket, mouths for drainage and a safety valve, which are connected to the gas channel. The domestic water heater is made in the form of a storage tank, mounted in the body and equipped with an electric heater and a thermoset. The result of the invention consists in the intensification of the heat transfer by increasing the contact time of the flue gases with the convection heating surfaces, in increasing the efficiency in simplifying the construction of the domestic water heater.
