Abstract
Inventia se refera la agricultura, in particular la metodele de selectare a genotipurilor de tomaterezistente la temperaturi joase. Metoda, conforminventiei, include cultivarea plantelor in conditii de temperatura optima, castrarea mugurilor florali de culoare galben-verzuie, polenizarea artificiala peste 3 zile dupa castrare, cultivarea plantelor peste 10 zile dupa polenizarea artificiala la temperatura de 6°C noaptea si de 9°C ziua timpde 10 zile, si transferarea plantelor in conditii de temperatura optima. Peste 25 de zile dupa polenizarea artificiala se efectueaza colectarea fructelor imature, sterilizarea lor, izolarea din fructe a embrionilor, amplasarea lor pe mediu nutritiv si determinarea procentului de embrioni germinati. Rezultatul consta in diminuarea timpului de selectare a genotipurilor de tomate rezistente la temperaturi joase si sporirea autenticitatii selectarii lor.The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to the methods of selecting the genotypes of tomato resistant at low temperatures. The method, according to the invention, includes plant cultivation under optimum temperature conditions, castration of the yellow-green flower buds, artificial pollination over 3 days after castration, plant cultivation over 10 days after artificial pollination at 6 ° C at night and 9 ° C the day for 10 days, and the transfer of the plants under optimal temperature conditions. Over 25 days after artificial pollination, immature fruit collection, sterilization, fruit isolation of embryos, their placement on nutritional medium and determination of the percentage of germinated embryos are performed. The result consists in reducing the time of selection of tomato genotypes resistant to low temperatures and increasing the authenticity of their selection.
