Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, şi anume la prelucrarea electrică a materiei prime vegetale.Electroplasmolizatorul pentru materie primă vegetală include un corp dielectric cilindric (1), în interiorul căruia la intrare şi ieşire sunt instalaţi electrozi inelari (10, 12), între care de-a lungul axei longitudinale a corpului sunt amplasaţi electrozi executaţi sub formă de cornieră cu aripi egale cu un unghi de 120° (2, 3, 4), între care la o distanţă egală sunt fixaţi electrozi lamelari (5, 6, 7), executaţi sub formă de trapez. Totodată, la conectarea în triunghi, electrozii lamelari (5, 6, 7) se conectează la o sursă de alimentare cu trei faze, electrozii executaţi sub formă de cornieră cu aripi egale (2, 3, 4) rămân neconectaţi, iar electrozii inelari (10, 12) se conectează la conductorul de nul. La conectarea în stea, electrozii lamelari (5, 6, 7) se conectează la o sursă de alimentare cu trei faze, electrozii executaţi sub formă de cornieră cu aripi egale (2, 3, 4) se conectează la conductorul de nul, iar electrozii inelari (10, 12) se leagă la pământ.
