Abstract
Inventia se refera la conditionarea apei, si anume la un filtru pentru inlaturarea impuritatilor mecanice. Filtrul, conform inventiei, include un corp (1) cu fund conic, in interiorul caruia este amplasata o incarcatura (2) granulata flotanta si un arc conic (12) infasurat dens, amplasat cu varful (13) in jos in incarcatura flotanta (2), varful(13) arcului conic (12) este infundat, iar baza este fixata de peretii corpului (1) in partea superioara a acestuia, formand un spatiu (15) deasupra incarcaturii (2), totodata fundul corpului (1) este inzestrat cu un buncar (19) pentru impuritatile mecanice, partea inferioara a corpului (1) este dotata cu un stut (3) de debitare a lichidului primar, racordat cu o conducta (5) perforata amplasatain interiorul corpului (1), precum si cu un stut (8) de evacuare a apei de spalare, partea de mijloc a corpului este dotata cu un traductor (16) de presiune hidraulica cu contacte electrice, iar partea superioara - cu stuturi de evacuare (6) a lichidului filtrat si de alimentare (10) cu apa de spalare, stuturile (3, 8, 6, 10) sunt inzestrate cu ventile (4, 9, 7, 11) electromagnetice, ventilele si traductorul (16) fiind conectate la un dispozitiv de comanda (17).The invention relates to the conditioning of water, namely to a filter for removing mechanical impurities. The filter, according to the invention, includes a body (1) with conical bottom, inside which is located a load (2) floating granule and a conical spring (12) wrapped densely, placed with the tip (13) down in the floating load (2 ), the tip (13) of the conical spring (12) is clogged, and the base is fixed by the walls of the body (1) in its upper part, forming a space (15) above the load (2), at the same time the bottom of the body (1) is endowed with a bunker (19) for mechanical impurities, the lower part of the body (1) is equipped with a pipe (3) for cutting the primary liquid, connected with a pipe (5) perforated located inside the body (1), and with a outlet (8) for washing water drainage, the middle part of the body is equipped with a hydraulic pressure transducer (16) with electrical contacts, and the upper part - with exhaust pipes (6) of the filtered liquid and feed (10) ) with washing water, the pipes (3, 8, 6, 10) are endowed with valves (4, 9, 7, 11) electromagnetic, valves and transducer (16) being connected to a control device (17).
