Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un compus nou din clasa de compuşi coordinativi pe bază de cupru şi aminoguanizonă, care poate fi aplicat în calitate de stimulator de creştere în diferite procese biotehnologice.Esenţa invenţiei constă în obţinerea compusului bioactiv Cu2 µ-SO4- (Hagpa)2·(H2O)3, unde Hagpa este aminoguanizona acidului piruvic monodeprotonată, care favorizează acumularea în mediul de cultură a unor cantităţi considerabile de amilaze ordinare şi stabile la acizi de către tulpina de fungi Aspergillus niger 33-19 CNMN FD 02A în termeni mai precoce. Compusul poate fi aplicat în industriile farmaceutică, microbiologică, alimentară, în medicina veterinară în calitate de ingredient la obţinerea mediilor nutritive selective în cultivarea dirijată cu un conţinut maxim prognozat de enzime exocelulare.
