Abstract

Inventia se refera la industria alimentara, si anume la electroplasmoliza materiei prime vegetale.Procedeul de electroplasmoliza a materiei prime vegetale prevede electroplasmoliza in flux a materiei prime in camera de plasmoliza, in care materia prima faramitata se debiteaza in flux continuu printr-o conducta cuplata la aparatul de electroplasmoliza, totodata viteza fluxului de materie prima la intrarea in camera de plasmoliza este egala cu viteza de iesire din aceasta si constituie 0,55…0,95 din viteza fluxului in conducta, iar viteza fluxului in camera de plasmoliza este egala cu vitezafluxului in conducta. Aparatul de electroplasmoliza a materiei prime vegetale pentru realizarea procedeului solicitat include un corp cilindric (1) izolat, in interiorul caruia de-a lungul axei longitudinale sunt instalati niste electrozi (9) conectati la o sursa de alimentare, formand o camera de plasmoliza (8), la capetele corpului prin intermediul unor flanse (2, 3) sunt instalate reductii (4,5) de forma tronconica, cuplate cu conducta pentru deplasarea materiei prime, totodata diametrul bazei mici al reductiilor este egal cu diametrul conductei, iar diametrul bazei mari se determina din relatia:D=2*(((S1+S2)/Pi)**-2)cand S1 = S3 - S2 siScond. = S1, unde:S1 – sectiunea de lucru a camerei de plasmoliza,S3 – sectiunea transversala interioara a corpului cilindric,S2 – suprafata transversala totala a electrozilor din camera de plasmoliza,Scond. – suprafata transversala a conductei pentru deplasarea materiei prime,Pi = 3,1415,iar lungimea reductiilor este egala cuL <= 0,5 x ?,unde ? este lungimea electrozilor. Rezultatul consta in majorarea eficacitatii procedeului de electroplasmoliza.
