Abstract

Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la oftalmologie si poate fi aplicata pentru tratamentul cataractei senile. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca dispozitivul pentru tratamentul cataractei senile este format din doua placi metalice cu latimea de 2 mm, unite intre ele sub un unghi de 135o, una din placi cu lungimea de 30 mm, iar a doua de 7 mm. Metoda de tratament al cataractei senile consta in aceea ca se efectueaza o incizie a conjunctivei in regiunea limbului la nivelul orei 10.00…14.00 si a corneei in aceeasi regiune la nivelul orei 11.00…13.00, se deschide camera anterioara, se efectueaza capsulorexisul anterior la nivelulorei 11.00, se inlatura nucleul si masele cristalinului, se introduc 0,3 ml de aer steril in camera anterioara. Apoi se introduce dispozitivul definit in revendicarea 1 cu placa mai mica in camera anterioara, si anume pe suprafata anterioara a irisului. Pe suprafata placii mentionate se luneca cristalinul artificial si se implanteaza in camera anterioara, dupa care dispozitivul se inlatura, se sutureaza corneea si conjunctiva, se administreazasubconjunctival un preparat steroid, un antibiotic si se aplica un pansament monocular aseptic.The invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology and can be applied for the treatment of cataract senile. The essence of the invention is that the device for the treatment of cataract caterpillars consists of two metal plates with a width of 2 mm, joined together at an angle of 135o, one of the plates with a length of 30 mm and a second of 7 mm. The method of treatment of senile cataracts is that an incision of the conjunctiva is made in the region of the tongue at 10.00 ... 14.00 and the cornea in the same region at 11.00 ... 13.00, the anterior chamber is opened, the anterior capsulorexis is performed at 11.00 , remove the core and masses of the lens, insert 0.3 ml of sterile air into the anterior chamber. Then the device defined in claim 1 is introduced with the smaller plate in the anterior chamber, namely on the anterior surface of the iris. On the surface of the mentioned plate, the artificial lens is slipped and implanted in the anterior chamber, after which the device is removed, the cornea and conjunctiva are sutured, a steroid preparation, an antibiotic and an aseptic monocular bandage are administered subconjunctivally.
