Abstract

The invention relates to the water purification installations, in particular to an installation for photocatalytic destruction of hard-degrading organic compounds.The installation for photocatalytic destruction of hard-degrading organic compounds consists of an air activation block and a photocatalytic reactor, at the same time the air activation block includes an air blower (17) with an air inlet branch pipe (16), joined with a cylindrical chamber (18) for oxygen enrichment of air, equipped with a vitiated air outlet branch pipe (19) with gate valve (20); onto the outer surface of the chamber there are installed electromagnets (21). The chamber (18) is joined with an oxygen-enriched air ionization block (22), including an inner current-conducting cylinder (23) with a central counter-electrode (24), connected to a high-voltage pulse discharge block (25). The photocatalytic reactor includes a body (1) with pipes for inlet (10) of treating water and outlet (13) of treated water, wherein there are mounted ultra-violet lamps (2), encased into protective covers (3), and are installed tubular U-shaped vessels (14) communicating in the upper part and joined by means of valves (5) in the lower part and of a distribution air conduit (26) with an air activation block. Inside the vessels (4) there are placed brushes (6), joined by means of articulations (7) with a crank-and-rod mechanism (8) providing for their reciprocating motion along the inner surface of vessels (4), at the same time the inlet pipe (10) by means of a pump-batcher (11) is joined with a reservoir (12) for oxidant solution, and the water outlet pipe (13) by means of a pump-batcher (14) is joined with a reservoir (15) for deoxidant solution.
