Abstract

Inventia se refera la agricultura, si anume la zootehnie, fiind un procedeu de obtinere a suplimentului vitamino-proteic furajer pentru animale. Procedeul de obtinere a suplimentului vitamino-proteic furajer pentru animale prevede tratarea biochimica a borhotului obtinut la distilarea alcoolului din vin, tratat in prealabil fotocatalitic, cu adaugarea la 1 g/L CCO a peroxidului de hidrogen H2O2 si a nitratului de cobalt (II), in cantitate de:peroxid de hidrogen (33%), ml/L 0,1…0,5nitrat decobalt (II)(recalculat dupa metal), g/L 0,01…0,02,totodata tratarea fotocatalitica se efectueaza curaze ultraviolete cu lungimea de 180…300 nm si intensitatea de 10…20 kJ/cm2·min, apoi urmeaza fermentarea anaeroba, concentrarea sedimentului obtinutsi amestecarea acestuia cu drojdii lichide in raport de 1: (0,2…0,5), presarea, maruntirea si uscarea produsului obtinut. Rezultatul consta in posibilitatea dozarii substantelor ce contin cobalt, care in prezenta peroxidului de hidrogen asigura hidroliza fotocatalitica a polifenolilor greu degradabili biochimic si formarea namolului activ, ce contine o cantitate sporita de substante biologic active.
