Abstract

Inventia se refera la agricultura, si anume la selectia plantelor si poate fi utilizata la selectarea genotipurilor de tomate rezistente la seceta. Metoda propusa de selectare a genotipurilor de tomate rezistente la seceta include colectarea florilor complet deschise de fiecare genotip, separarea polenului din antere, cultivarea polenului pe un mediu nutritiv pentru martor si pe un mediu nutritiv pentru proba, care modeleaza conditiile de seceta, determinarea viabilitatii polenului la martor si la proba prin raportul dintre numarul de grauncioare de polen germinate si numarul de grauncioare analizate, calcularea indicilor rezistentei polenului prin raportul viabilitatii polenului la proba catre martor si selectarea genotipurilor, care au indicii de rezistenta mai mari.
