Abstract
Изобретение относится к фикобиотехнологии, в частности к способу культивирования зеленой микроводоросли Dunaliella salina - источника ценных биоактивных веществ и может быть использовано в пищевой и фармацевтической промышленностях, косметологии.Предложенный способ включает культивирование Dunaliella salina на питательной среде, содержащей культуральную жидкость, полученную после культивирования Spirulina platensis, содержащую ионы, мг/л: HCO3 · -3050,0, NO3 · - 281,0, C1· - 596,2, SO4 2· - 97,53, K+- 400,0, Ca2+ - 8,0, Mg2+ - 24,32, Na+ - 3800,0, к которой добавляют соль магния в концентрации 20…50 мг/л Mg2+ и раствор 1N HCl до рН 8,5…9,0, а затем NaCl в концентрации 60…125 г/л.
