Abstract
Inventia se refera la industria vinicola, si anume la utilizarea deseurilor de productie si la protectia mediului. Procedeul de demetalizare a vinurilor materie prima include tratarea acestora cu un compus ferocianuric al unui metal alcalin cu sedimentarea ulterioara a compusilor metalelor grele. Tratarea se efectueaza cu o solutie hidroalcalina de fiero(III)-hexacianoferat(II) de sodiu sau de potasiu cu formula Na(K)FeIII[FeII(CN)6], luata in cantitate stoichiometrica in raport cu continutul cantitativ al fierului din vinul materie prima. Procedeul de obtinere a reagentului pentru demetalizarea vinurilor materie prima include tratarea sedimentelor de la cleirea albastra a vinurilor cu solutie de hidroxid de sodiu sau de potasiu de 2…5% cu separarea ulterioara a solutiei de sediment. Tratarea sedimentelor se efectueaza cu recircularea de 5…7 ori a solutiei alcaline la introducerea unornoi portii de sediment, iar separarea se efectueaza prin electroflotare. Rezultatul consta in majorarea eficacitatii procesului de demetalizare a vinurilor materie prima, ieftinirea lui si utilizareasedimentelor de la cleirea albastra din vinificatie.
