Abstract

Inventia se refera la constructia de masini, si anume la malaxoarele cu actiune continua. Malaxorul cu actiune continua contine un jgheab dublu (1) si montati in el doi arbori orizontali (2), (3) pe care sunt fixate radial organe de amestecare (4). Organele de amestecare (4) sunt executate in forma de bare fixate pe linii elicoidale din dreapta pe primul arbore (2), iar din stanga – pe arborele al doilea (3), si situate in asa mod ca planurile de rotire ale fiecarei bare a primului arbore (2) se afla intre planurile de rotire a doua bare megiese ale arborelui al doilea (3) si invers, iar distanta axiala dintre orice doua bare megiese, care apartin diferitilor arbori (2), (3) si distanta dintre capetele barelor unui arbore si suprafata altui arbore este mai mare decat suma a doua raze de bare si mai mare decat suma diametrului arborelui si a razei barei.The invention relates to the construction of cars, namely to continuous-action mixers. The continuous-acting mixer contains a double trough (1) and two horizontal shafts (2), (3) are mounted in it, on which the mixing members (4) are radially fixed. The mixing members (4) are executed in the form of bars fixed on helical lines from the right on the first shaft (2), and from the left - on the second shaft (3), and located in such a way that the rotation planes of each bar of the first shaft (2) is located between the planes of rotation of two bar joints of the second shaft (3) and vice versa, and the axial distance between any two bar joints, which belong to the different shafts (2), (3) and the distance between the ends of the bars of a shaft and the surface of another shaft is greater than the sum of two beams of bars and greater than the sum of the diameter of the shaft and the radius of the shaft.
