Abstract

Inventia se refera la industria constructoare de masini, in special la masinile de presare pentru industria materialelor de constructie si poate fi aplicata la brichetarea rumegusului, talasului, totodata materialelor vegetale, precum si pentru stoarcerea uleiului din seminte de plante oleaginoase si sucurilor. Masina de presare, conform unei variante a inventiei, contine un corp cilindric (1) cu camera de presare (2), executata cu gura superioara de incarcare si gura inferioara de descarcare a articolelor cu inchizatoare unite cu mecanisme de actionare si dotata cu doua perechi de pistoane (3), amplasate perpendicular una fata de alta intr-un plan. Pistoanele (3) fiecarei perechi sunt orientate din directii opuse spre axa centrala, instalate in ghidaje (4) si legate cu un mecanism de actionare prin intermediul unor biele (5) si unei parghii executate in forma de inel (6) care cuprinde corpul (1). La capatul liber al fiecarei biele (5) este montata cate o rola (8). In inel (6) sunt executate caneluri radiale (9). In corp (1) sunt executate caneluri tangentiale (10), numarul carora este egal cu numarul pistoanelor (3). The press machine, according to a variant of the invention, contains a cylindrical body (1) with the press chamber (2), executed with the upper loading mouth and the lower mouth of unloading the articles with fasteners united with actuating mechanisms and equipped with two pairs. of pistons (3), placed perpendicular to each other in a plane. The pistons (3) of each pair are oriented in opposite directions to the central axis, installed in guides (4) and connected with an actuation mechanism by means of connecting rods (5) and to a lever executed in the form of a ring (6) comprising the body ( 1). At the free end of each connecting rod (5) a roller (8) is mounted. In the ring (6) radial grooves (9) are executed. In the body (1) tangential grooves (10) are executed, the number of which is equal to the number of pistons (3). Each roller (8) is installed in the place of overlapping grooves (9, 10) with the possibility of moving it simultaneously through grooves (9, 10).
