Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la oftalmologie şi este destinată pentru corecţia vederii la slab văzători.Metoda de corecţie a vederii la slab văzători constă în aceea că se efectuează examinarea pacientului şi dacă se determină vicii de refracţie de grad înalt asociate cu cataractă complicată nematură, şi/sau cu afachie postoperatorie, şi/sau cu retinopatie diabetică pre- sau proliferativă, şi/sau cu degenerescenţa maculară senilă, şi/sau cu distrofie centrală a retinei, şi/sau cu atrofia parţială a nervului optic, şi/sau cu glaucom, se determină gradul de dereglare a vederii şi în cazul în care acuitatea vizuală este de 0,05…0,3 la cel mai bun ochi şi câmpurile vizuale sunt mai mici de 10 grade de la punctul de fixare, se prescriu pentru vedere în depărtare ochelari telescopici sau monoculare cu o mărire de 2,5x…20x a câmpului vizual, iar pentru vedere în apropiere la distanţa de până la 33 cm se prescriu ochelari hiperoculari, şi anume: pentru citire cu puterea optică de până la +20,0 D, pentru realizarea activităţilor la distanţa de 8…20 cm cu puterea optică de +5,0…+12,0 D, iar la distanţa de 18…25 cm cu puterea optică de până la +6,0 D, totodată ochelarii prescrişi se combină cu filtre spectrale pentru vedere în depărtare O2, iar pentru vedere în apropiere J1 sau J2.
