The composition for biosoluble medicated film for treatment of parodentium affections and of lesions of tunica mucosa of mouth comprises film-forming agent 1,0...4,0 g, plastifier 0,5...2,0 g, dimethyl sulfoxid 1,0...3,0 g, extract from Spirulina platensis cyanobacterium strain biomass calculated for dry substance 0,5...2,5 g, antiseptic substance in pharmaceutically admissible quantities, water 100 ml, as well as it can comprise extract of Calendula officinalis flowers calculated for dry substance 3,5...5,0 g and extract of Armoracia rusticana Lam roots calculated for dry substance 0,5...1,0 g or combinations thereof.
