Abstract

The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and can be used in the metal-working machines.The tool holder comprises a Morse taper shank (26) and a body (24), wherein there are made a central hole (25) for fixation of the shank end of the tool (1) and two threaded holes with fastening screws (17), the head of which is made with recessed hexagon (18, 19) and contact end surface with ring collar.The shank end of the tool (1) comprises two rectangular channels, made perpendicular to its axis. Into each channel in the centre it is made a hole, into each hole being installed a pin with head, on the end surface of each being made a circular recess of a form complementary with the ring collar of the fastening screws (17) of the tool holder.
