Abstract
Inventia se refera la domeniul masurarilor electrice si electronice si poate fi utilizata pentru masurarea cu precizie inalta a rezistentei. Metoda consta in aceea ca se formeaza un circuit de masurare din obiectul masurat, un generator de curent continuu si contactele de iesire ale unui convertor de impedanta, la care se reproduce o impedanta cu caracter de rezistenta negativa, se controleaza semnalul de dezechilibru prin determinarea momentului trecerii lui prin valoarea zero, se echilibreaza circuitul de masurare prin reglarea impedantei reproduse de convertor si se determina valoarea rezistentei masurate, reiesind din egalitatea ei cu valoarea inversa a rezistentei reproduse de convertor in starea de echilibru a circuitului de masurare. Circuitul de masurare se formeaza prin conectarea in paralel a generatorului de semnal, obiectului masurat si a contactelor de iesire ale convertorului de impedanta, iar semnalul de dezechilibru se formeaza prin sumarea curentilor care trec prin obiectul masurat si contactele de iesire ale convertorului.The invention relates to the field of electrical and electronic measurements and can be used for high precision measurement of resistance. The method consists in that a measuring circuit is formed from the measured object, a DC generator and the output contacts of an impedance converter, at which an impedance with a negative resistance character is reproduced, the imbalance signal is controlled by determining the moment its passage through the zero value, the measuring circuit is balanced by adjusting the impedance reproduced by the converter and the value of the measured resistance is determined, resulting from its equality with the inverse value of the resistance reproduced by the converter in the equilibrium state of the measuring circuit. The measurement circuit is formed by connecting in parallel the signal generator, the measured object and the output contacts of the impedance converter, and the imbalance signal is formed by summing the currents passing through the measured object and the output contacts of the converter.
