Abstract
Inventia se refera la prelucrarea electrochimica, si anume, la tehnologiile de executare a unor profiluri complexe in interiorul materialului prelucrat si poate fi aplicata in industria constructoare de masini. Electrodul-scula pentru prelucrare electrochimica dimensionala contine un tub flexibil (1) de debitare a electrolitului, niste cabluri electrice flexibile (2), amplasate in tub (1), unul dintre care este unit cu un element de lucru (3), atasat la un organ de orientare (4) a lui, care este format din cel putin doua camere (5) amplasate in jurul tubului (1), fiecare fiind executata din cel putin doua sectii radiale (6). Camerele (5) si sectiile (6) sunt executate din material elastic si separate reciproc prin niste membrane termoizolatoare rigide (7). Fiecare sectie (6) este umpluta partial cu lichid usor volatil si dotata cu un dispozitiv de termoreglare (9). Materialul elastic al fiecarei sectii (6) este unit cu membranele rigide (7) prin articulatii. Pe tub (1) sunt montati niste fixatori (8), iar portiunile tubului dintre fixatori (8) sunt executate in forma de amortizori arcuiti (9).
