Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу получения кормовой добавки, содержащей витамин В12, и метана.Способ включает сбраживание коньячной барды с добавлением масла амаранта, тартратно-аммиачного комплекса кобальта и ферроцианида калия, в следующем соотношении компонентов, мг/л:в присутствии метанобразующих бактерий в мезофильных условиях при рН 7,5…8,5 в установке, состоящей из биореактора, разделенного на ацетогенную и метаногенную зоны, и электролизера, при этом углекислый газ, образующийся в ацетогенной зоне, смешивают с электролитическим водородом в объемном соотношении 1:(3,5…4,5) и дозируют в метаногенную зону для получения метана, в сброженную барду вводят диспергированный диатомит из расчета 20…30 г/л, после чего кормовую добавку обезвоживают на вакуумном фильтре через слой диатомита и сушат.
