Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к акушерству и гинекологии и может быть использовано для лечения угрозы преждевременных родов при многоплодной монохориональной беременности.Согласно изобретению, метод лечения заключается в том, что один раз в день, per os принимают микронизированный прогестерон по 200 мг или дидрогестерон 20 мг, или внутримышечно 1 мл 1%-ного масляного раствора прогестерона, при этом дополнительно per vaginum принимают микронизированный прогестерон в виде капсул 100 мг или 8%-ного геля.
