Abstract

Invenţia se referă la instalaţiile de obţinere a biogazului, şi anume la un reactor anaerob pentru obţinerea biohidrogenului şi biometanului.Reactorul, conform invenţiei, include un corp cilindric termostatat (1) cu fund conic şi dotat cu un schimbător de căldură (2), în interiorul căruia sunt amplasate pe diagonală şicane (4) care formează un canal (5) de scurgere şi separă corpul într-o cameră pentru biohidrogen (6) şi una pentru biometan (9), camerele fiind dotate cu o încărcătură volumică (3), în partea superioară corpul cilindric (1) este unit cu un rezervor de alimentare (7), dotat cu o supapă cu plutitor (8), precum şi cu un mixer (10) şi un buncăr (12) de alimentare, racordat la o conductă verticală (13), în interiorul căreia pe un ax (14) este amplasat un alimentator cu melc (15), iar în partea inferioară a axului (14) - un amestecător cu palete (16), în partea inferioară a reactorului este instalat un recipient, separat printr-o şicană în două părţi (17, 17′), dotat cu senzori (34, 34′) de nivel, ştuţuri (32, 32′) de evacuare a nămolului şi a fazei lichide, precum şi cu conducte (26, 26′) de evacuare a gazelor cu camere (27, 27′) de contact pentru purificarea acestora; reactorul mai include conducte (19, 19′, 22, 22′, 29, 29′), dotate cu ejectoare (21, 21′) şi pompe (20, 20′, 30, 30′) pentru recircularea biomasei şi gazelor între corpul cilindric (1) şi recipient, ventile electromagnetice (24, 24′, 28, 28′, 31, 31′, 33, 33′) şi un bloc de comandă (35).
