Abstract

Изобретение относится к медицине и в частности к хирургии, к методу ушивания раны.Сущность способа состоит в том, что после прошивания стенок и дна раны швом типа “U”, этой же нитью дополнительно с внутренней стороны фиксируют подкожную клетчатку и дерму отслоенного кожного лоскута без захвата эпидермиса.Технический результат предлагаемого метода состоит в плотном прилегании отслоенного кожно-жирового лоскута к подлежащим тканям.Фигуры: 4
