Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de pregătire a suprafeţei metalului înaintea depunerii acoperirilor de protecţie - decorative de email, şi poate fi folosită, de exemplu, la producerea articolelor de uz casnic (maşinilor de spălat, aragazurilor, plitelor electrice, vaselor etc.).Esenţa procedeului de pregătire a suprafeţei metalului înainte de emailare constă în degresare, tratare în soluţie de acid şi uscare, şi anume tratarea metalului se efectuează într-o compoziţie sub formă de soluţie a acidului ortoboric, în care se introduce suplimentar, cel puţin, un carbonat al metalului alcalin şi fosfat neutru de sodiu hidrat.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei propuse este formarea peliculei sticloase a acidului ortoboric pe suprafaţa metalului.
