Abstract
Esenţa invenţiei: construcţia include un înveliş extensiv, montat din tranşee sub baza fundamentului şi clădirii, învelişul interacţionând cu un dispozitiv pentru montarea lui, şi un dispozitiv, introdus în înveliş, destinat extinderii acestuia. Învelişul este format din două părţi, cuplate prin fixatorul poziţiei lor reciproce. Învelişul are un capăt ascuţit şi altul deschis. Capătul deschis este orientat spre dispozitivul de montare a învelişului, şi include un cric şi tachet, montate în tranşee, şi o talpă schimbabilă, ce închide capătul deschis al învelişului. Dispozitivul de extindere este realizat în formă de piloni cuneiformi orizontali, ce interacţionează la introducere prin capătul deschis al învelişului cu tachetul.
