Abstract

The invention relates to the biotechnology, particularly to obtaining of biological active substances, which may be used in medicine, in pharmaceutical, fabric, cosmetic and food industry.The proposed process includes the centrifugation of alga slurry during 10-15 minutes at 5000-7000 rot/min, washing of cell mass, drying at 105°C, weighting up to constant mass, by that the 1,5-2,5% ammonium acetate is used for washing.The technical result of invention consists in the determination of proper content of biological mass of Porphiridium cruentum and removing of Ca2+ and Mg2+ inert salts by solubilization.
