Abstract
The invention relates to technological pulse current sources of the tools for dimensional electrochemical machining of turbine blades.The technological pulse current source of the tools for dimensional electrochemical machining of turbine blades comprises two power units composed of n modules. Each module consists of a three-phase rectifier, the outputs of which are connected to the inputs of a controlled inverter, the outputs of which, in turn, are connected to the primary windings of two power pulsed low-profile transformers. The output of the secondary winding of the first transformer is connected to the input of the secondary winding of the second transformer, at the same time the input of the secondary winding of the first transformer and the output of the secondary winding of the second transformer are connected to the inputs of a power rectifier, the outputs of which form the outputs of the module for connection of the tool electrodes of the tool for dimensional electrochemical machining. Each module of the power units is equipped with temperature sensors, connected to the controlled inverter, transformers and power rectifier, connected to a monitor and control unit, to which are connected the controlled inputs of each controlled inverter of the modules of the power units. The modules of each power unit are interconnected to their outputs in parallel.
