Abstract
Invenţia se referă la producerea oţelului din materiale fiero-oxidate. Scopul invenţiei constă în sporirea economicităţii procesului. Instalaţia include un cuptor catalan de producere a fierului spongios unit cu un gazificator de topire şi un convertizor. În gazificatorul de topire, în care se produce gaz pentru cuptorul catalan, se încarcă o parte de fier spongios şi se obţine fontă lichidă. Cealaltă parte de fier spongios este încărcată în convertizorul alimentat cu metalul lichid obţinut în cubilou. În calitate de gaz pentru producerea metalului lichid în cubilou din deşeuri de metal şi coxă, se foloseşte un amestec de gaze provenite din cuptorul catalan, gazificatorul de topire şi convertizor. Dispozitivul prevede nişte rezervoare-tampon pentru oţel, care sunt amplasate între convertizor, cubilou şi gazificatorul de topire. Invenţia face posibilă sporirea economicităţii procesului şi utilizarea pe deplin a gazelor degajate.The invention relates to the production of steel from ferro-oxidized materials. The object of the invention is to increase the economy of the process. The plant includes a Catalan sponge iron furnace combined with a melting gasifier and a converter. In the melting gasifier, in which gas is produced for the Catalan furnace, a part of spongy iron is loaded and liquid cast iron is obtained. The other part of the spongy iron is loaded into the converter fed with the liquid metal obtained in the cup. As a gas for the production of liquid metal in the cupola from scrap metal and coke, a mixture of gases from the Catalan furnace, the melting gasifier and the converter is used. The device provides some steel buffer tanks, which are located between the converter, the cup and the melting gasifier. The invention makes it possible to increase the economy of the process and to make full use of the released gases.
