Abstract

The invention relates to mechanical engineering, particularly to machines for building materials industry and can be used for briquetting waste of agricultural and industrial products and materials.The pressing machine includes a cylindrical body (1) with a pressure chamber (2), made with an upper loading gate (3) and a lower gate (7). The pressure chamber (2) is provided with horizontal punches (13) with a drive, oppositely directed relative to the axis of the cylindrical body (1) and installed in the guides (14) of the body (1), and an upper punch (4), mounted with the possibility of movement in a vertical plane. In the lower gate (7) of the pressure chamber (2) is mounted a stopper (8) and a pusher (9). The drive of horizontal punches (13) is made in the form of two force rings - upper (19) and lower (20), coaxial with the body (1), which they embrace from the outside, installed with the possibility of synchronous rotation towards each other. The horizontal punches (13) are provided with bolts (15) and rollers (16), placed in tangential grooves (17), (18), made respectively in the force upper ring (19) and force lower ring (20). The stopper (8) is mounted with the possibility of movement in a vertical plane during loading of the pressure chamber (2), with subsequent fixation thereof in the down position after filling in the pressure chamber (2).
