Abstract

Invenţia se referă la agricultură şi poate fi utilizată pentru tratarea seminţelor cerealelor de toamnă înainte de semănat.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că procedeul propus include extragerea materiei prime vegetale, unde în calitate de materie primă vegetală se utilizează biomasa algei verzi Spirogira s.p., crescută în mediu organic timp de 10-12 zile, uscată până la umiditatea de 5-7% şi fărâmiţată până la starea de praf, totodată înainte de extragere biomasa se tratează cu cloroform, apoi cu apă, iar extragerea se efectuează cu alcool etilic.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în aceea că tratarea seminţelor cerealelor de toamnă înainte de semănat cu substanţe biologic active prin procedeul propus provoacă diminuarea lungimii primului internod al plantulelor de grâu, asigură formarea nodului de înfrăţire la o adâncime mai mare, dezvoltarea mai bună a sistemului radicular, ceea ce duce la creşterea supravieţuirii plantulelor în timpul iernării.
