Abstract
The invention relates to the mechanical engineering and can be used for manufacturing of dry mixtures, mortars and concretes.The mixer contains a cylinder I, carried by rollers 2 and driving by an engine 3 through the reductor gear 4 and transmission 5, a shaft 5 with agitating elements in form of bars, fixed along the screw line on its surface, cranks 8, fixed on the axes 9, axes bearings 10, fixed member 11, a chute 12 and a pipe 13. The shaft 6 is supported by the bars on the cylinder bottom 1, and by the ends on the cranks 8 with the possibility of its rotation. Bearings centres 10 are dislocated above the horisontal cylinder axe and by the side of vertical cylinder axe in the return direction.The technical result consists in the excluding of material jumping between bars and cylinder internal surface, agitation attainement as well by the free fall so and by the forced bars displacement through the material.
