Abstract
Invenţia se referă la domeniul medicinei clinice şi poate fi utilizată pentru determinarea factorului reumatoid prin reacţia hemaglutinării pasive.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea, că eritrocitele native de berbec se conservă în prealabil într-o soluţie de 0,5-1,0% de formalină, se tratează cu un agent bifuncţional, se sensibilizează cu un amestec compus din ser hemolitic şi gamaglobulină umană agregată şi se spală de două ori cu un tampon fosfatic-salin.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în sporirea sensibilităţii antigenului de diagnostic şi mărirea termenelor de păstrare.
