Abstract

The invention relates to the technological gases wet cleaning. The device containes a vertical branch pipe 1, horisontal hydrodynamical concentrator 2 filled with the liquid 3,the surface of which with the walls 4 forms a confusor 5 of the Venturi tube, and the inclinated bottom is coupled to the hydrogate by the regulator 7, the reservoir 8 is coupled to the irrigation jonction in the form of the openings 9 situated in the zones contiguous of the branch pipe 1 with the concentrator 2, the vertical neck 10, coupled to the concentrator 2 and the confusor space 5 containing the reservoir 11 with injectors 12, diffusor 13, reducer 14 coupled tangential to the drop collector 15 containing the branch pipe 16 and the one bottom 17, coupled by the pipes 18,19 to the reservoirs 8,11 accordingly and by the regulator 20 to the additional water pipe and the level indicator 21. The process for wet cleaning gases from the fine dispersed and gaseous admixtures consists in the multi-stage and sequently washing- and gas cleaning by the gravity flow of the dispersed and exhaust liquid. The technical result of the invention consists in the mass transfer high level that promotes as the efficiency of the solid admixture so and the chemisorption of the acid components from the gas by the water compositions.
