Abstract

The invention relates to the transporta tion equipment, in particular , to the light filters and the production process thereof The transportation anti-dazzle filter consists of a transparent base, in the left side of which is applied the light-absorbing layer with the absorption red boundary of 590-620 nm, its thickness being of 1,5-2,0 (miu)m, with the lengths relation of the layer covered and transparent sections on the filter upper edge from 3 : 1 to 4 : 1, and the boundary between them is made in the form of a smooth transition to the vertical at an angle of 45-60 . The anti-dazzle filter production process includes the vacuum thermic deposition of the light-absorbing layer to the continuous moving transparent base, periodically controlling the condensate distribution along the base length, the introduction of the anti-flow mask into the molecular flow, interrupting the molecular flow after each deposition on a time making up 1/3-1/4 of the deposition time, after what the base is cut lengthwise the middle of the covered and transparent sections. The technical result of the invention consists in decreasing the luminous radiation capacity of the spectrum short - wave part.
