Abstract
The present invention relates to heat engineering, in particular to burners for burning solid fuels, and can be used for burning various waste woods in furnaces of hot-water boilers and heating systems.The burner for burning solid fuels comprises a combustion chamber (1), a tubular body (7) in which is located a feeding conveyor (8) for the fuel and supply air ducts (5, 6). The burner further comprises an afterburning chamber (2). Chamber (1) is made in the form of a cylinder and chamber (2) - in the form of a semicylinder. Chambers (1, 2) are abutted together and disposed horizontally and tiered one above the other, at the same time as bottom of the chamber (2) serves the outer surface of the chamber (1). Chambers (1, 2) communicate between them through windows (3), and in the chamber (2) are made holes (4) for the exit of the flame. To each of the chambers (1, 2), obliquely to their longitudinal axis, with orientation to the hearth of chambers (1, 2), are connected the supply air ducts (5, 6) for feeding the primary and secondary air, respectively.
