Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la chirurgie şi poate fi aplicată în ortopedie şi traumatologie pentru plastia defectelor oaselor tubulare în cazul osteomielitei de diferită etiologie.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că transplantul, înainte de a fi introdus în cavitatea osoasă, se tratează cu câte 3,0 ml soluţie de imunocorector timp de 30-50 min, apoi, după transplantare, se irighează cu o soluţie de imunocorector de trei ori pe zi timp de 5-7 zile cu ajutorul unui cateter polimeric cu interval de 3-6-12 ore. În calitate de imunocorector se foloseşte leicinferon diluat cu soluţie fiziologică în raportul de 1 : 20.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în activizarea reacţiilor de imunitate antiinfecţioasă, sporirea viabilităţii materialului plastic.
