Abstract

The invention relates to the medicine, particularly to the gastroenterology.The method consists in the introduction of a hemostatic isolating substance in the form of polygonal microparticles with pointed edges of bioimplantable material by injecting it into the tissues of the bleeding gastroduodenal ulcer. Metal microparticles with a size of 50-350 µm are used as microparticles, which are injected at 1,0-2,5 atm.The technical result of the claimed method consists in the thrombosis of the vessels, the alteration of the ulcerated substrate with the subsequent growth of the connective tissue around the microparticles of the metal.
