Abstract
The invention relates to the medicine, namely to the surgery.The summary of the invention consists in the fact that the patient is preliminarily preoperation prepared including the diet prescription, massage of the abdomen, therapeutic physical exercises, correction of secondary changes, cleansing and siphonage enemas, eubiotics administration, after what is effected the first-hand preoperation preparation consisting in the peroral injection of eubiotine 25-50 ml 3-4 times a day within an hour before food during 3-4 days and the next 3-4 days the large intestine is washed with 16-40% eubiotine solution 2-3 times a day. Before the operation the large intestinal lavage is effected with 16-40% eubiotine solution and than eubiotine 50-80 ml is rectal injected. At the end of the operation for evacuation of the intestinal content is introduced the tube, which is isolated with tampons soaked with eubiotine. On the second day after the operation to the patient is injected eubiotine 25-50 ml during 3-5 days peroraly 3-4 times a day.The technical result of the proposed method consists in the suppression of conditional pathogenic and pathogenic microflora as well as stimulation of local immunity.
