Abstract
The invention relates to the transdermal therapeutic system (TTS) for administering physostigmin, as the active component, through the skin, as well as to the method for producing thereof.The transdermal therapeutic system for administering physostigmin through the skin consists of the impermeable to the active substance adhesive intermediate layer base containing 40...90% of polymer material and 0,1...20% of physos-tigmin base or one of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, as well as a protective film covering the intermediate layer, and the intermediate layer contains the polymer material on the acrylate and/or methacrylate base and 0,1...40% of a plasticizer containing hydroxyl groups having an HLB value 1,1...12,0.The technical result of the invention consists in the durability and time of the TTS fixation to the skin increasing, and the physostigmin stability long-term conserving.
